Product Introduction
This machine contains the following:
- 3-axis (X, Y, Z-axis) vertical machining center,
- Uses ball screws along with linear bearings to provide high precision,
- Wide span table suitable for heavy loads,
- Compact structure while allowing for reasonable work space,
- The spindle is servo motor driven by a belt.
Product Function
- Various shaped work pieces can be secured to the work table such as discs, boards, housings, cams, and molds – all at once.
- Used for drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, rigid tapping, etc.
- This VMC is used for the production of small and medium batch products and can satisfy the processing of complex and high-precision parts.
- A 4th-Axis rotary chuck can be equipped (not a standard accessory – please kindly let us know if you require this).
