We offer 3 Phase, 380V Voltage Regulators ranging from 20kVA and upwards. We use brands which we've tried and tested over the years and have come to rely on. All our fiber laser cutting machines that we sell are installed with one of our voltage regulators to ensure they run at a stable power supply and protecting the machine from any power surges. IW-60S ~ IW-165SD
The double cylinder "S/SD" series are in the Sunrise tradition of well engineered ironworkers built for high power, quality, and reliability. These ironworkers have two control foot pedals, and separate operations can be safely performed simultaneously. The low pressure setting for tool change provides maximum operation safety. The long punching cylinder stroke and deep throat enable mounting a wide range of special equipment. The large punching base with the "T-slot" mounting provides a solid base for securing the punching tooling, as well as a wide range of optional and custom designed tooling. -
Insert flat sheet metal into one side of the roll former, and receive the fully formed, punched and finished product on the other end! We offer roll formers to make all sorts of different profiles - we can even custom design the machine to make any specific profile that you require. Our roll formers are able to adjust to allow you to make different size profile all in one machine, as well the option for double layer roll forming. The roll formers can also be fitted with a decoiler, guillotine and multiple punching stations. The most common profiles that we have installed are the IBR roof sheeting profiles, C Purlin, cable tray, strut channel, palisade fencing.
